Dentists in Winchester, VA

Okay let me start out by saying I have so much trauma from dentists. From The time I was 3 to even now 24, I get severe panic attacks even making an appointment. I lived with a broken tooth for about one year. The moment it started to hurt like Thursday June 12th, they got me in immediately and did an x-ray and also created a plan to have it extracted that day. Well come to find out it had JUST got infected. Immediately there was a prescription sent out and I was told follow up plans. Well today I go in for my appointment to do the extraction while awake. I can’t remember exactly but I had 6 shots and even though the doctor was gentle I still felt the pain. He immediately went to the oral surgeon to see if I could get out under the same day. Because of that the price went up. The receptionist Allie tried to find the best plan to go with since I’m currently a phlebotomy student and a single mom. I was out and about trying to find a way to get 1500 to pay for it. As soon as I got some money she called me as I was walking into the office to pay. Saying the doctor understands my situation and there is no reason to pay that amount for one tooth that was broken and because of how long it was broken it still needed to come out. When I tell you I cried so hard. During the prep of being put under the two techs were absolutely amazing. I believe I made a new friend too . They told me exactly what I needed to do for a speedy recovery. I went home around 5:45, and by 9 I had absolutely no pain. Aspen Dental you are a life saver and I am telling everyone about you. I love every single one of you 🥺

Sooo thorough. I adored Zoe..then Jessie and Ricardo, then financial Ally. I cannot fault the experience. Attentive, patient and everyone made me feel seen. I got time and allowed to speak freely about EVERYTHING. No one skipped a beat. I have PTDENTALSYNDROME. Now. I found my new Dentist.

The entire staff at Aspen Dental for my initial visit today was friendly, super-helpful and professional/ knowledgeable. I'm grateful and excited for the work ahead that's in my treatment plan😁
