Due to my white coat phobias/ dental traumas, my blood pressure was extremely high and the staff was unsure about assisting me, BUT Dr. Shelton palpated the offending tooth, listened to my concerns, and assured me he would get it removed for me. The dental assistant Ashley was extremely kind and compassionate, as well. And the office manager, Jennifer, was patient and competent in "dumbing down" the financial options available to me.
