The dental assistant Chloe was really helpful and friendly and the dentist khan was really good and nice too . The office staff Kate and amber were so helpful and friendly and the hygiene Ashliee is super nice too

I very recently brought my boyfriend in to get a consultation and x-rays to establish care. Going to the dentist is generally daunting and intimidating, especially when you need a good bit of work done. However, Aspen Dental made the whole experience very positive and reassuring. We initially had a problem with our insurance plan not being accepted, however, Kate the Office Manager was super kind, understanding, and patient and altogether made it possible for us to get services done there, but not without jumping through a bunch of hoops with the insurance first. She made sure to explain the costs of everything and our available options very thoroughly after the exam with the dentist. She was personable and understanding with everything which was more than we could have asked for. I can’t thank her enough for her efforts and empathy, Kate is phenomenal at her job. The dentist was extremely knowledgeable and kind as well. He thoroughly explained each circumstance without judgement and overall made us feel more comfortable with future care at this office. He made sure to leave no stone left unturned. The entirety of the office staff were all so caring and non-judgmental including the the techs, and the receptionist. Needless to say, we will be returning to continue the plan of care discussed and we encourage others to come to Aspen Dental as well, you won’t be disappointed! Thank you again to everyone who helped us and have made things seem more possible and achievable.
