This team was amazing! This was my first visit and I was blown away! The X-Ray tech Sarah was very kind and funny which eased my anxiety that comes with tooth pain and a new office visit. From the ease of the IPad check-in to how updated they were in X-ray technology, all the way down to the way this team made me feel comfortable. I trust them completely because they were extremely knowledgeable and answered every question with ease. Only issue is they are not in my United Care PPO Dental plan network . This is disappointing only because I really would love to come back to Ms.Punia, Ms. Sarah and the other young lady ( forgive me for not knowing her name ) who gave me a complete run down of my gum and teeth health in under 2 minutes , which just completely impressed me. I am a huge critic of customer service experiences and this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had in a dental office! Open yourselves up to more networks because we deserve more dedicated teams like yours. Never decrease the quality of service you provided to me on 9/3/25. You guys are the truth!
