Highly recommend! Even though they do not accept Medicaid, they were so kind and took me right in. They immediately took numerous x-rays and offered to send them over to my chosen Dental Office, prescribed me an antibiotic for my infection, and made time for me to sit down with their operations manager, Daryl, who was extremely helpful and explained my options. Not only did she give me a printed list of Dental Offices in Lincoln that work with Medicaid patients, but she explained the Aspen Dental payment plan and also informed me about the Healthcare marketplace. She even helped me fill out a short pre-qualification form to give me an idea of what I would be paying if I chose the Aspen Dental payment plan route. Denstist, Abbi, was very kind and took the time to thoroughly explain different treatment plans I could choose from and she made sure that I understood them. The front desk receptionist, Shandrica, was so sweet and personable as well! I will definitely be returning to this location in the future when my insurance changes!
