I had an abscess, and two teeth requiring extractions. I had last Friday scheduled at another in network dental office, was xrayed , evaluated and seated waiting for the person from financial department to run down the cost … I was told $3800 and to do the work today , 1800 up front payment… I was stunned … and that was My PART of what insurance did NOT cover … I left … We called late Friday and set up an appointment with ASPEN , they Got me in at 10 am Monday , I came in , was very professionally greeted and taken back , similarly , for an Xray , an evaluation by Dr Kim , and then …. (Gasp ) finance … They gave me the detailed rundown of cost … and My part was a 25.00 co pay .. Aspen is in Network for me (Cigna) just like the Other dental office was …. The Other place had included things regarding implants , which I never requested, not did I ask for . I was the scheduled to come back at 2pm for the procedure.. Dr Kim was fantastic, they were very detailed, and asked everything required to safely and effectively complete the procedure , I was extremely nervous, I hate dental pain , they are very sensitive to your comfort level , both teeth were out very quickly , he explained everything as he went , made sure all was well and was very commutative regarding care and the post op person closed the procedure and insured I understood the post care … I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH about the experience I had at this office EVERY STEP , from the time the door opened , The Greeting and form completion , the x ray tech and assistant, the financial advisor, and of Course Dr Kim and the gentleman that provided the post op instructions…. Every Step an AllStar .. and during an experience I was absolutely dreading …. They made it tolerable , and when getting two teeth pulled . They have integrity as well as ability , and that to me is priceless.
I just randomly selected Aspen dental because they took my dental insurance and was very pleased to find that not only were they’re super professional and had all the latest technology, but they were also incredibly friendly as well.
