People were friendly and *quite* professional; I was pleasantly surprised at how far some of the equipment has come (some of it seemed rather science-fictionish, but it *works*!). They'll talk through everything with you, listen to any concerns, and explain whatever you wish.

Very friendly from the front desk to the back! Everyone was very professional while being warm and informative. I felt at ease, comfortable & able to make decisions promptly. Great team! Even had a few laughs!
