UPDATE: I had my first cleaning on a Saturday and Jorge did my cleaning. He was very professional and honestly made the whole experience 5 stars. He was amazing at explaining everything and making sure I was comfortable (offered a blanket, reassured me the whole time cleaning my teeth). Those words of encouragement really go a long way especially when a patient is nervous. Dr Yare went out of her way to ask if I was being taken cared of after while waiting to schedule my next appointment so I thought that was very kind of her. Thank you Aspen Dental! 🦷 ORIGINAL REVIEW: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ As a healthcare professional, I know how important efficiency, communication, and first impressions are, especially during a first-time visit. I had a 10:30 AM appointment at Aspen Dental in Florida City on a Saturday for X-rays, diagnostic scans, and a comprehensive evaluation. At 10:50 AM, I had my scans done. By 11:30 AM, Dr. Yare Echevarria and Paula, the hygienist, thoroughly reviewed my results and explained my options. At 12:20 PM, I met with the financial coordinator (Frank) and finalized my treatment plan. From there, I was directed to the green waiting room to wait for my cleaning. By 1:30 PM, I still hadn’t been called back, so I asked for an update and ultimately chose to reschedule for a day that better fit my schedule. I completely understand it was a busy Saturday with limited staffing, but clearer communication or a heads-up about wait times would have gone a long way in helping me plan my time. That said, the team was warm, professional, and competent across the board Frank at the front desk, Mary/Marie for XRAY/scans, Paula the hygienist, and of course Dr. Yare Echaverria. I left feeling confident in the care I’ll receive moving forward.

One of the best experiences I’ve had since going to the Dentist.Dr.Yari,Dr Complido,Hygienist Jorge,Frank,Lexie,Anabel,Lissett and Maria all were amazing,professional and treat patients with the care they need.The best dentist office in Florida City and the surrounding area.The area surrounding has all been renovated.
