First and foremost I should start this review by saying that I have been absolutely terrified of going to the dentist after an absolutely awful experience with another practice (not Aspen Dental). With that being said it has been quite a bit of time since I’ve stepped foot into a dental practice. Well we all know tooth pain comes out of the blue especially if you are not the best with keeping up with your dental hygiene. I happened to have severe pain out of nowhere on a Holiday weekend. No offices in my direct area were open and I had no clue what to do. However I came across the Aspen Dental located in Torrington CT. Not only were they open on a holiday weekend, but they had available appointments! I made over an hour trek to get there and I could not be more happy that I did! From the moment I walked in to finding out I had an abscess and needed an extraction, this team went above and beyond to make sure that I was comfortable and understood everything that would be transpiring during my visit. I am forever indebted to this team. They can be sure they will be seeing me again for all my dental needs from here on out! Thank you again Keisha, Dr. Sharma & the rest of that crew at Aspen Dental! The receptionist is extremely friendly and the clinical staff is so knowledgeable. I felt heard, like they had my best interest in mind. I would highly recommend going to Aspen Dental for oral care. They are the only ones I trust with my smile!
