Dentists in Lakewood, CO

This paragraph of the review was added on 6/12/25. Today, I went in for a followup appointment and was told that I owed a significant amount of money over what I had been quoted because my insurance largely rejected the claim. I was extremely displeased, and I was kind of a disbelieving jerk to Flynn (could be Flint) when he politely told me that he would see what they could do for me. However, in the end, he and Aspen Dental made the situation right in a way that was very satisfying. I haven't experienced customer service like that in literally decades, and I thank Aspen Dental for their ethics and for showing actual care to me as a client and human being (I was truly shocked). To actually feel heard and have my needs met means so much to me. And Flynn was even gracious when I apologized to him for being an a-----e Original Review I was extremely skeptical about using a chain that felt a little corporate at first blush. However, I am so glad that followed through on going. The staff is friendly and the oral surgeon was extremely personable and informative. I don't love that new patients are required to get 3 different types of dental imaging done. However, they eat the cost if insurance won't cover the images. Aside from that minor quibble, I do NOT feel like this place is trying to nickle and dime me, as is common practice these days. i came expecting to pay $7k-$8k for an extraction and an implant, so you can understand my elation when the bill came to $2300. To be clear, my insurance was more helpful than I anticipated. Nonetheless, it's clear to me that they have some financial ethics and aren't trying to bleed clients for every cent. I will update this after I have my oral surgery, but my experiences thus far have been exemplary. They clearly emphasize customer service, which goes a long way with me

I have severe anxiety and ptsd from previous experiences at dental offices, so I have trouble going in to have work done on my teeth. But the amount of professionalism, kindness and empathy each staff member have for patients is absolutely amazing. I don't think I'll ever go to another office.

I was really scared when coming into this visit and I was really scared leaving this visit but Flint really helped ease my concerns and worries. Flint was very kind, forthright and kept me laughing
