The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I went in for a review on a dental plan and got all the information I needed and more. Lee was the x-ray technician and she was great at her job. I forgot the Hygienists name, but she was amazing in helping me better understand my situation in depth and didn't make me feel dumb for asking questions. And Dr G is great at going over the overall plan. His confidence and knowledge made me feel comfortable to go forward with the work needed.

I walked into Aspen Dental expecting the usual: fluorescent lighting, the faint smell of fluoride, and a dentist ready to say “you should really floss more.” Instead, I found Dr. G and his magical band of tooth wizards — and I swear I walked out feeling like I had just been to the Disneyland of Dentistry. First off, the dental hygienist? ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL. Like, if she ran for president, I’d vote for her. Twice. She had me feeling so relaxed during my cleaning that I was 97% sure she slipped me a spa playlist and a glass of wine when I wasn’t looking. My teeth were sparkling so hard by the end, the sun threw shade. Now, about those molar removals… I was braced for medieval torture, but Dr. G? Oh, Dr. G came in like a smooth, tooth-stealing ninja. One second I’m thinking about what I’m having for dinner, the next — BOOM — teeth gone. No pain. No drama. Just a faint pop and a suspicious feeling that he might moonlight as a Vegas magician. The whole crew had me laughing so much that I half-expected to be charged a comedy cover fee. I left with a goodie bag of dental swag, a lighter jaw, and a deep desire to have my other teeth removed just to hang out with these people again. If Aspen Dental were a dating profile: Pros: Charming, gentle, and knows their way around your mouth (in a medically appropriate way). Cons: None. Unless you count the fact that they set the bar so high I can never go anywhere else. Five stars, two less molars, and a lifetime of loyalty. 🦷✨

The waiting and lounge area was clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and checked in on me frequently while I waited for an exam room, even on a busy day assisting other patients. The team was very professional and spent exactly 90 minutes with me, which is typically expected for most new patient visits.
